Role Summary: Remote role with ~35%+ required travel, residing in Southeastern US.
- Maintain client relationships, resolving issues, achieving goals, and delivering product enhancements.
- Facilitate Quarterly Business Reviews, highlighting successes and ROI, documenting action items and strategy.
- Proactively utilize client community for support, knowledge, and product enhancements.
- Facilitate on-site client workshops to optimize workflows and recommend improvements.
Requirements:
- Healthcare Revenue Cycle experience
- Familiarity with Experian Health products/services
- 4+ years Relationship Manager experience in healthcare IT/revenue cycle, managing multiple provider accounts
- Provider-based experience in PAS/PFS roles, OR Vendor background in Healthcare Revenue Cycle
- 4+ years expertise in Salesforce.com or similar CRM
- 4+ years experience in Healthcare Revenue Cycle, Registration, and backend billing
