Job Details

Client Services Manager (CSM) is responsible for leading a team of recruiters to deliver a best-in-class service to clients. Build trust and strong relationships with key client contacts to achieve talent acquisition partnership goals.

Work location: Remote for candidates in Argentina only

Work arrangement: Remote

Language requirement: Fluent in English and Spanish. Portuguese desired.

  1. Lead a high-performing team to provide high-quality services exceeding client expectations.
  2. Set clear performance standards and goals for the team; assess progress against goals and standards, proactively address gaps.
  3. Provide leadership and coaching to direct reports.
  4. Establish regular communication with direct reports through 1-1 meetings, team meetings with established agendas or other regular touch points. Provide feedback.
  5. Complete performance management processes, including providing feedback and addressing gaps.
  6. Earn trust, motivate, and inspire great performance while fostering a positive and inclusive environment for collaboration and learning.
  7. Develop a deep understanding of the client organization and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  8. Partner with internal Cielo teams and client leaders to ensure successful implementation of new clients.
  9. Develop recruiting metrics and analytics to drive decisions (time to fill, aging, cost per hire, candidate and hiring leader satisfaction surveys, recruiter productivity, source of candidate and hire).
  10. Foster relationships and build trust with recruiters and hiring leaders.
  11. Manage programs, events, and campaigns to build the candidate pipeline and drive recruiting strategy to meet hiring goals.
  12. Develop comprehensive, strategic hiring strategies, including passive candidate outreach, recruitment marketing plans, and recruitment technology utilization.
  13. Participate in client meetings, share updates and data, and discuss service delivery gaps with proactive remediation plans.
  14. Support recruitment process needs of clients.
  15. Leverage shared delivery resources effectively.
  16. Maximize use of Cielo resources to meet goals.
  17. Responsible for Cielo-specific metric reports and P&L management.
  18. Drive standardization, continuous improvement, and consistency of processes and procedures.
  19. Work collaboratively with the Cielo Client Services Management team to share best practices and drive organizational initiatives.
  20. Perform other duties as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities: Lead a team of Recruiters, providing guidance, conducting performance reviews, and supporting professional growth.

Position Requirement

  • Experience in a results-oriented TA role in talent acquisition or human resources.
  • Experience coaching peers or managing a team.
  • Exposure to various recruitment technologies (ATS, social media tools)
  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources, or related field (preferred)
  • Fluency in Spanish
