Client Services Manager (CSM)
Leads a team of recruiters to deliver exceptional client service, build trust, and achieve talent acquisition goals.
Location: Remote - Open to all applicants eligible to live and work within the United States of America
Work Setup: Remote - Occasional travel within US (circa 6 times per year)
Specific Requirements:
- Proven experience leading teams
- Strong coaching and influence skills
- Ability to navigate weekly reports and high-level monthly metrics
- Manufacturing sector knowledge (ideally within an RPO model)
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead a high-performing team exceeding client expectations
- Set clear performance standards and goals, assess progress, address gaps proactively
- Provide leadership and coaching to direct reports
- Establish regular communications (1-on-1 meetings, team meetings, feedback)
- Complete performance management processes
- Build trust, motivate, and inspire team members to foster a positive environment
- Deep understanding of client organization and build strong relationships with stakeholders
- Partner with internal Cielo teams and client leaders
- Develop and implement recruiting metrics and analytics (time-to-fill, aging, cost per hire, satisfaction surveys, recruiter productivity, source of candidate)
- Foster relationships with recruiters and hiring leaders
- Manage programs/events/campaigns to build candidate pipelines and meet hiring goals
- Develop strategic hiring strategies (passive candidate outreach, recruitment marketing)
- Participate in client meetings, share updates and data, address service delivery gaps
- Support client recruitment needs
- Leverage shared resources effectively
- Maximize Cielo resources to meet goals
- Prepare Cielo-specific metric reports and manage P&L
- Drive standardization, continuous improvement, and process consistency
- Collaborate with the Cielo Client Services Management team
- Perform other duties as assigned
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Recruiters
- Provide guidance
- Conduct performance reviews
- Support professional growth
Position Requirements:
- Prior experience in a results-oriented TA role in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources
- Team/peer coaching experience
- Knowledge of recruitment technologies (ATS, social media)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Domo reporting experience
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in business, management, HR, or related field (preferred)
