Role Description: Lead new strategic partnerships with top clients to improve chronic and behavioral health treatment.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with clients to launch Telemedicine and Chronic Care programs, aligning deliverables with their goals.
• Serve as internal SME to ensure implementation efficiency and consistency.
• Act as trusted advisor, conveying client needs and securing resources.
• Mentor and coach team members for successful team goal achievement.
• Build strong cross-functional relationships internally and externally.
• Optimize processes for effectiveness and consistency with continuous improvement.
• Manage multiple implementations simultaneously, ensuring timely high-quality launches.
• Drive enrollment revenue collaboratively with relevant teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
• 5+ years project/program management experience, 3+ years client-facing experience
• Experience communicating with all levels of management
• Proven product experience and ability to learn new technologies
• Experience leading meetings and presentations
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Tools, Workforce/similar, and Salesforce/similar

Requirements:

• Master's degree preferred
• Experience with health benefits, health and wellness, health plans, or systems
