Full-Time Client Success Executive

• Serve as the primary Altera contact point with the client.
• Lead collaborations of client and Altera cross functional teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client needs.
• Facilitate Strategic Partnership Reviews with Client.
• Facilitate Strategic Roadmap Planning.
• Ensure oversight, visibility, and coordination of services initiatives.
• Ensure client regulatory preparedness.
• Deliver client communications on business-impacting items.
• Identify opportunities for solution optimizations and workflow best practices.
• Drive client participation in Voice of Customer processes.
• Maintain internal client updates.
• Identify and grow reference accounts.
• Provide support to resolve financial or contractual disputes.
• Facilitate discussions on the resolution of non-disputed A/R issues.
• Drive client prioritization with escalated issues.
• Prioritize work between simultaneous clients, programs and time zones.

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, information technology, or a related field.
• 1-3 years’ experience in a client success type role.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Experience facilitating strategic roadmap planning for complex projects.
