Position Summary: The Client Success Manager drives sales growth and client retention, serving as the first point of contact for new and existing clients.
Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Undertake business development and cold outreach within the US market.
- Sales / Proposals: Take a consultative approach to sales, develop proposals.
- Events: Attend industry events to meet with clients and develop new leads.
- Contracting: Refine and negotiate contract language with clients.
- Client Retention: Engage with clients to ensure satisfaction and seek opportunities for upselling.
- Client Feedback: Actively seek client feedback to contribute towards product improvement.
- Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Driven self-starter capable of working under minimal supervision.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Commercially astute, pro-active, self-confident.
- Consulting or sales experience essential.
- Organised, methodical, detail oriented.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and business development processes.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a relevant field; or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
