Experian is a global company in data services, helping organizations and consumers manage risk and make informed decisions.
You will support a team of Account Executives and build relationships with clients directly while working with other teams on different responsibilities requiring completing tasks such as: researching billing, liaising between clients and our client support, technical and data teams, onboarding new members, supporting API setups, training on reading credit reports, and using the online portal. You will email and talk to clients and other teams directly. You will be mostly remote, but occasional meetings or training in office will occur.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of Customer Service
- Proficiency in English, written and oral
- Research and Analytical Skills
- Problem solving skills
- Excellent organization and follow up/tracking skills
