We are looking for a Clinical Recruiter, to join our People Operations Team.
You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for clinical roles, working closely with our Recruiting team, hiring managers and leaders to identify talent needs, source candidates, and ensure a best-in-class experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for clinical positions, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Utilize various sourcing methods (job boards, social media, and networking events) to build a strong candidate pipeline.
- Partner with SVP, Clinical Operations and other key stakeholders to understand hiring needs, job specifications, and create effective recruitment strategies.
- Provide exceptional candidate experience by maintaining clear and consistent communication, offering timely feedback, and ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
- Implement and adhere to structured recruitment processes and best practices to ensure consistency and efficiency in hiring of clinicians.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to effectively source and attract top talent.
- Track and report on key recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality) to continuously improve the recruitment process.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the hiring process.
- Leverage applicant tracking systems (ATS) to streamline recruitment processes, manage candidate pipelines, and enhance overall efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and 5-7 years of experience in clinician recruiting, with a strong background in clinical and/or corporate hiring.
- Experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes and working with hiring managers to fulfill staffing needs.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (experience with Lever is a plus)
- Excellent sourcing skills and proficiency in using various recruitment tools and platforms.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels.
- Highly organized with a process-oriented approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in utilizing metrics to inform recruitment strategies and improve processes.
