About the Opportunity:As a Clinical Recruiting Coordinator at Pair Team, you'll play a key role in supporting our high volume clinical recruiting team.
This role goes beyond interview scheduling — you'll also support sourcing efforts, help candidates through onboarding, and keep an eye on our talent operations to flag bottlenecks or inefficiencies.
You'll partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to create a seamless and efficient hiring process, while also bringing a detail-oriented, data-aware mindset to help improve how we work.
This is a fully remote role that requires you to work in the Pacific Time Zone.
What You'll Do:
- Coordinate and schedule all interviews for candidates, including 1:1s, panels, and final SIM/ take-home assignment presentations
- Manage scheduling logistics and communications with candidates and interviewers
- Send and track take-home assignments (SIMs), ensuring reviewers and candidates stay on timeline
- Source candidates for our high-volume clinical roles and support sourcing for other roles as needed
- Monitor onboarding progress for candidates post-offer, including background check status and start date communication
- Support job posting creation and manage applicant flow across Greenhouse and external job boards
- Keep our ATS (Greenhouse) organized and up to date with candidate details and status updates
- Identify process delays or bottlenecks and flag them to the recruiting team for action
- Provide timely, clear communication to candidates and internal teams
- Support recruiters and hiring managers with special projects or ad-hoc recruiting needs
What You’ll Need:
- 2+ years in a recruiting coordination, talent operations, or high-volume recruiting role
- Experience with Greenhouse ATS (required)
- Prior sourcing experience, especially in high-volume or clinical environments, is a plus
- Strong attention to detail — you're the type who triple-checks calendars and catches small errors
- A strong sense of urgency — you don’t let scheduling sit for more than a few hours
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable juggling multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Proactive mindset — you don’t just spot process issues, you flag them and suggest improvements
- Passion for supporting underserved communities, including individuals experiencing homelessness, serious mental illness, or substance use disorder
- Flexibility to work PST hours, regardless of your location
