Full-Time Clinical Territory Associate

Clinical Territory Associate (CTA) is a 24+ month developmental role focused on gaining knowledge across technical, clinical, and sales aspects of the business.

Responsibilities:

• Assist sales representatives with surgeon trainings, hospital robotic development, and territory management.
• Guide technical in-services for customers (OR staff, surgeons, etc.).
• Sell benefits of advanced technology to existing robotic users to meet team quotas.
• Develop experience in goal setting, mapping, and attainment, preparing for a quota-bearing role.
• Manage administrative tasks: reporting of sales/procedures, outcomes, and expense reports.

Skills, Experience, Education & Training:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 1+ year of leadership (military) or outside sales experience
• Proven success record
• Strong ambition and work ethic
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
• Proven teamwork ability
• Ability to travel up to 10% and work nights/weekends as needed
