Full-Time Clinical Territory Associate

Primary Function of Position: The Clinical Territory Associate (CTA) is a 24+ month developmental role partnering with the Allentown, PA team. The role encompasses all aspects of the business, including technical, clinical, and sales.

Essential Job Duties:

• Assist sales representatives with surgeon trainings, hospital robotic development, and territory management.
• Conduct technical in-services for customers (OR staff, surgeons, etc.).
• Sell benefits of advanced technology to existing robotic users, contributing to team quotas.
• Gain experience in goal setting, mapping, and attainment for future quota-bearing roles.
• Manage administrative tasks: reporting sales/procedures, sales activity outcomes, and expense reports.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 1+ year leadership (military) experience OR 1+ year outside sales experience.
• Ability to travel up to 25%, and work nights and weekends as needed.

Required Education and Training:

• Bachelor’s degree required.
