Job Details
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Lead integrated marketing campaigns tailored to the Chinese market
- Survey, review, and analyze competition and market trends
- Determine program effectiveness and develop new strategies
- Direct advertising, public relations, and promotional activities
- Evaluate guest needs and recommend product/service changes
- Participate in community and professional organizations
- Prepare regular performance reports
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree from a reputable school
- Minimum 4 years of Sales & Marketing management experience
- Strong understanding of Chinese & Maldives markets
- Excellent English & Mandarin proficiency
- Proficient in MS Office suite
