Full-Time Coach Operations Manager

We're seeking a strategic operator to manage the lifecycle of our coaching community and drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coach Support & Resources: Serve as the primary point of contact for coach inquiries.
• Operations & Process Management: Own the operational processes for coach onboarding, offboarding, and transitions.
• Talent Acquisition & Development: Oversee recruiting operations, adapting AI technologies.
• Performance Analytics: Organize and monitor coach performance metrics.
• Strategic Leadership: Act as a thought partner in driving the coaching business forward.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years experience in operations management, leadership development, or talent recruiting
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field; advanced degree a plus
• Experience building relationships in a business environment
• Startup experience preferred
