Job Details
The Compensation Analyst II plays a key role in the administration and support of the company’s incentive compensation programs. This position supports the Incentive Compensation Module (ICM) in Axiom and assists in managing incentive goal collection and plan execution. The role partners closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, and other stakeholders to implement and maintain effective compensation strategies, particularly during merger and acquisition activities. Responsibilities include preparing and analyzing compensation reports, assisting with incentive plan design and budgeting, supporting employee agreement tracking, and maintaining accurate documentation and procedures. The Compensation Analyst also provides back-up support for incentive accrual projections and cross-trains to ensure continuity across related functions. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across departments in a dynamic and confidential environment.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Assist in the administration of the Incentive Plan Program including collecting Incentive Goals and support functions of the Incentive Compensation Module (ICM) in Axiom.
- Participates in merger due diligence and supports the compensation workstream during the integration process.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Payroll, Finance and other stakeholders to implement and manage compensation programs. Prepare, analyze, and present compensation reports.
- Assist in the design, implementation, and administration of incentive and bonus plans.
- Assist with collections and tracking of Employee Agreements
- Assist in the planning, management and forecasting of incentive budgets
- Provide back-up support for incentive accrual projections and provide feedback to finance for incentive accrual calculations.
- Document and maintain procedures related to compensation responsibilities.
- Cross-train in related responsibilities to provide backup support as needed.
- Performs other duties that are deemed to be essential.

QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION, AND CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Bachelors in HR, Business Administration, Finance or related field. Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in compensation management with at least 2 years in a leadership role preferred Certifications/Specific Knowledge: HR or Compensation Professional Certification preferred
