Join the People Team as a Comp Consultant to impact Xplor's global reward programs. This role supports initiatives across US, UK, and other markets.
- Lead annual merit and bonus review process, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
- Deliver market insights through benchmarking and manage external surveys.
- Review compensation policies and support effective communication to HR.
- Manage reward operations and governance, including salary increase processes and equity processes.
- Maintain Total Rewards documentation in company systems.
- Support administration of equity programs.
- Partner with Finance to support monthly bonus accrual.
- Lead global salary ranges review through market data analysis.
- Provide support on international benefits and global mobility.
Key relationships: HR Directors, HR Managers, Finance, Payroll, HRIS, External data/Survey.
The average base salary pay range for this position is $100,000 to $125,000.
This role may work remotely within the lower 48 states of the US.
