Join our People Team as a Compensation Consultant to make a real impact every day. You will work with the Director, Global Rewards, to help deliver strategic and tactical initiatives within Xplor. This role supports Xplor’s global reward programs, with accountability across US, UK and other markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of Xplor’s annual merit and bonus review process, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely execution globally.
- Deliver market insights through benchmarking, analysis, and manage external surveys.
- Review compensation policies and practices and support their effective communication and education to HR and People Leaders, ensuring they are clearly understood and consistently applied.
- Manage reward operations and governance, including salary increase processes, commissions/bonus schemes, equity processes and Gender Pay Gap Analysis.
- Own and maintain Total Rewards documentation in company systems and knowledge libraries.
- Support the administration of equity programs, including communication with participants, maintenance of records and coordination with the external equity administrator.
- Partner with Finance to support monthly bonus accrual, including data analysis and scenario modelling.
- Lead global salary ranges review through analysis of internal and external market data.
- Provide support on international benefits, global mobility and other benefits related queries and projects.
Key relationships: HR Directors, HR Managers, Finance, Payroll, HRIS, External data/Survey.
Qualifications
Required qualifications for this role:
- 4+ years Reward experience that includes compensation (job levelling, salary benchmarking, annual review cycles, etc.)
- Knowledge of incentive based compensation plans, policies and practices
- A real passion for numbers, analysis, and insight
- Proven commercial experience using Excel with nested formulae and linked workbooks.
- Strong inter-personal skills and the ability to explain/present complex analysis in simple and practical terms.
- Resourcefulness and tenacity to be able to find out answers and overcome obstacles.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
The average base salary pay range for this position is $100,000 to $125,000.
In this role, you may work remotely as long as you are located within the lower 48 states of the US.
