Sinch is seeking a Compensation Director.
This role is key in driving strategy, design, and implementation of global compensation programs, harmonizing talent practices. It's a chance to shape talent strategy and employee experience.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement compensation strategies aligning with business objectives (including communication, change management, and training).
- Design and manage salary structures, incentive plans, and other compensation programs.
- Lead integration efforts to harmonize compensation programs, aligning processes and activities in reward tools.
- Leverage data and analytics to drive business value and impact.
- Ensure local policies and practices comply with legal and company requirements.
- Maintain up-to-date compensation processes and policies.
- Utilize external benchmarking and insights for competitive compensation programs, managing partnerships as needed.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience leading global compensation programs in complex, matrixed environments.
- Strong business acumen.
- Demonstrated ability to align compensation strategies with business priorities.
- M&A experience, including compensation integration.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
