Angi is looking for a Compensation Manager to join our People Ops team.
This role will lead Compensation and Equity.
Responsibilities
- Compensation Strategy & Planning: Lead development and execution of compensation strategies and planning cycles, including system preparation, data analysis, and presentation of insights to align with business objectives.
- Data Management & Integrity: Oversee data management and integrity for the compensation team, ensuring accuracy across various compensation programs and conducting regular audits within Angi's HRIS.
- Reporting & Dashboarding: Support ongoing reporting and dashboarding for the broader People team & business leaders to aid in critical and strategic decision-making.
- Market Data Analysis: Participate in the ongoing development and administration of our compensation programs through regular benchmarking and market data analysis to provide recommendations for our compensation strategies.
- Job and Pay Structure Cleanup: Lead efforts to evolve compensation structures, audit and revise the Job Code library, and support leveling efforts across the organization.
- Equity Administration and Team Leadership: Manage the daily administration of our equity compensation plans, including processing transactions, maintaining records, ensuring compliance, and supporting participants.
- Process Improvement: Tackle projects that improve compensation data accuracy and process efficiency.
Requirements
- 5+ years of compensation experience in a fast-paced and high-growth environment, ideally with experience in equity administration.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Human Resources, or equivalent work experience.
- Strong cross-functional partner, with experience working closely with HRBPs.
- Strong data management skills, analytical skills, and ability to interpret and communicate insights from data.
- Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets.
- Self-driven and able to work autonomously.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Familiarity with equity administration tools (e.g., Shareworks, E*TRADE, Certent).
- Knowledge of securities laws, tax regulations, and accounting principles related to equity compensation.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary band: $110,000-$135,000 commensurate with experience and performance.
