About the Role: Wing is looking for a Compensation Manager to join our People team, based remotely in the United States. As a crucial member of our organization, you will be responsible for the comprehensive design, implementation, and ongoing administration of Wing's compensation programs.
What You’ll Do:
- Design, implement, and manage Wing’s global compensation and equity programs.
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis and benchmarking.
- Oversee all aspects of equity administration.
- Prepare reports and presentations on compensation metrics.
- Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Payroll on the execution of employee liquidity events.
- Partner with HRBPs and leadership on complex compensation issues and regulatory compliance.
- Develop and deliver clear communication and training materials.
What You’ll Need:
- 8+ years of relevant experience in Human Resources, Compensation, and Stock Administration.
- Proven experience in designing and administering compensation and equity programs.
- Strong understanding of compensation and equity principles, practices, and regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Expert proficiency in Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, collaborate cross-functionally, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in SQL or Google Cloud SQL for data querying and analysis is preferred.
- Experience with Workday and Shareworks is preferred.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is the salary range below + bonus + equity + benefits.
Salary Range$110,000—$217,000 USD
