About the Role: The Compliance Manager will scale and strengthen Blink's critical compliance function, ensuring operational excellence and upholding integrity.
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and champion Blink's Compliance Program.
- Monitor regulatory requirements and maintain program alignment.
- Investigate and document compliance concerns, develop remediation plans.
- Collaborate with Legal and cross-functional teams to establish compliance priorities.
- Monitor company compliance, cooperating with internal and external auditors.
- Oversee compliance education and training for employees.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement policies and procedures supporting compliance.
- Provide regular reports to General Counsel on program status.
- Support special projects and legal team initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 4+ years experience in compliance, legal, or risk management, preferably in healthcare.
- Strong analytical skills to assess compliance risks.
- Excellent communication skills, including with senior management.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Understanding of medical reimbursement, Medicare, HIPAA, and third-party payor regulations.
- Experience in healthcare or with healthcare clients is preferred (especially within the pharmaceutical supply chain).
