We are seeking a Risk and Compliance Program Specialist to join our People Risk, Privacy, and Compliance (PRPC) team. In this role, you will help develop and maintain a comprehensive risk management and compliance framework. Your primary responsibility will be assessing regulatory obligations, conducting control gap assessments, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement compliance processes and controls. Job Responsibilities

• Conduct compliance assessments to evaluate adherence to regulatory requirements across various global jurisdictions.
• Perform control gap assessments and identify areas for improvement to ensure effective compliance controls.
• Work with the first line of defense to design and implement robust compliance processes and controls.
• Assist in integrating risk, obligations, controls, and issues management programs within a centralized framework.
• Collect and organize supporting documentation to assist with regulatory inquiries.
• Prepare clear, concise reports on compliance assessments, control gaps, and risk management activities.
• Effectively communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all organizational levels.

Skills/Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in risk management, compliance, or internal audit, focusing on business processes and controls, preferably in a global setting.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Familiarity with HR-specific regulations and compliance requirements.
• Experience with Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) software and tools.
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

Pay Range$50 - $65/hour
