Job Summary: Lead and develop the concierge team, manage Concierge Specialists, own metrics for white-glove growth, build coaching frameworks, QA scorecards, and career paths. Own omni-channel member communications, set voice-and-tone guidelines, write/approve high-impact scripts.
Responsibilities Include:
- Lead & develop the concierge team
- Directly manage Concierge Specialists
- Build coaching frameworks, QA scorecards, and career paths
- Own omni-channel member communications
- Set voice-and-tone guidelines for outreach
- Write/approve high-impact scripts
- Co-design the AI concierge experience
- Partner with the Head of Product & Growth, AI team to translate hospitality into prompts
- Validate AI outputs, conduct live A/B tests
- Optimize the member journey (initial invite, nurture, enrollment)
- Ensure excluded members receive hand-offs
- Drive data-backed growth and quality
- Own funnel KPIs: connection, conversion, enrollment
- Champion "unreasonable hospitality" culture
- Evangelize standards across Ops, Product, Clinical, and Client Success
