Full-Time Consultant (Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Consultants research and develop client recommendations as part of project teams:

• Lead targeted secondary research (e.g., desk research, secondary data analysis) and primary research (e.g., interviews with key opinion leaders/payers) with minimal oversight
• Synthesize research insights to develop logical and effective client recommendations
• Independently run work streams, meet deadlines, and assist junior team members
• Develop high-quality client communications (e.g., PowerPoint slides, Excel models)
• Communicate verbally and in writing in a logical, clear, and concise manner
• Contribute to firm capabilities and infrastructure
• Support development of a high-performance culture
• Demonstrate commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
• Perform other duties as assigned.

EXPECTATIONS

• Some travel may be required for client/stakeholder meetings.
• 40-hour work week, with potential overtime/weekends/evenings.

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

• Bachelor's degree in relevant concentration (business, economics, life sciences, engineering). Strong academic record
• 1+ year experience at a life science consultancy, working on multiple projects and handling associate/analyst responsibilities
• Passion for and understanding of the pharma and biotech industries.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Advanced degree from a top-tier institution

Compensation

The anticipated compensation range is $120,000 to $130,000 (US only). Compensation is determined by relevant experience, skills, and location.
