KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Consultants research and develop client recommendations as part of project teams:
- Lead targeted secondary research (e.g., desk research, secondary data analysis) and primary research (e.g., interviews with key opinion leaders/payers) with minimal oversight
- Synthesize research insights to develop logical and effective client recommendations
- Independently run work streams, meet deadlines, and assist junior team members
- Develop high-quality client communications (e.g., PowerPoint slides, Excel models)
- Communicate verbally and in writing in a logical, clear, and concise manner
- Contribute to firm capabilities and infrastructure
- Support development of a high-performance culture
- Demonstrate commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
- Perform other duties as assigned.
EXPECTATIONS
- Some travel may be required for client/stakeholder meetings.
- 40-hour work week, with potential overtime/weekends/evenings.
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
- Bachelor's degree in relevant concentration (business, economics, life sciences, engineering). Strong academic record
- 1+ year experience at a life science consultancy, working on multiple projects and handling associate/analyst responsibilities
- Passion for and understanding of the pharma and biotech industries.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Advanced degree from a top-tier institution
Compensation
The anticipated compensation range is $120,000 to $130,000 (US only). Compensation is determined by relevant experience, skills, and location.
