Full-Time Consultant (Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Leading targeted secondary research (e.g., desk research, secondary data analysis) and primary research (e.g., interviews with key opinion leaders/insurance payers) with minimal oversight.
• Synthesizing research insights to develop logical and effective client recommendations.
• Independently running work streams, meeting deadlines, and assisting junior team members.
• Developing high-quality client communications and deliverables (e.g., PowerPoint slides, Excel models).
• Communicating verbally and in writing logically, clearly, and concisely.
• Contributing to firm capabilities and infrastructure.
• Supporting development of a high-performance culture.
• Demonstrating commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• All other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant concentration (e.g., business, economics, life sciences, engineering) and a strong academic record.
• 1+ year of experience at a life science consultancy.
• Strong passion for and understanding of dynamics and issues in the pharma and biotech industries.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Advanced degree from a top-tier institution.
