Full-Time Consultant Technico Fonctionnel Senior HR Access

The SIRH Division, composed of nearly 200 consultants, is strengthening and expanding its consulting position. We are looking to expand our offer and team in the SIRH solution consulting and integration business, specifically in payroll activities. Building on our activities around the HR Access solution, we are currently seeking Senior Technical-Functional Consultants - Experts in this solution.

In this role, you will work on projects addressing all SIRH issues.

You will identify opportunities and value-creating solutions for large companies and will develop them until their operational implementation and deployment.

You will work with our major clients on various types of assignments:

• Upstream of their SIRH projects to help them define their business needs in a demanding environment, and assist them in choosing solutions.
• During SIRH solution integration projects as project manager or project assistance manager.
• Your level of functional and technical expertise in the solution will allow you to develop the skills of more junior profiles.

Requirements:

Holding a higher education degree (engineering or business school), you have at least 5 years of experience in information systems consulting concerning SIRH/Payroll issues and solutions. You have developed functional and technical skills related to the HR Access suite and have worked on various types of projects: scoping, implementation, and deployment within large groups. You have excellent analytical skills, the ability to address a demanding environment, and a strong interest in teamwork. As a pedagogue, you will be able to develop the skills of junior profiles.

You are comfortable working in an international environment and have a good command of English.
