About the Role: We are looking for a temporary / contract Talent Acquisition (TA) Coordinator to support significant growth.

You will join a fast growing global Talent Acquisition team.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide administrative support (posting job openings, sending offer letters, pulling reports, organizing Google Drive, editing presentations, etc.)
• Correspond with candidates throughout the interview process (scheduling interviews, sending case studies, managing candidates in Greenhouse, providing updates)
• Become a Greenhouse power-user and assist in management and administration of the system
• Partner with coordinators and recruiters to learn and improve processes
• Provide in-office support for onsite candidate interviews (booking rooms, greeting candidates, ensuring schedule)
• Collaborate with people operations for a seamless transition from candidate to employee
