Full-Time Corporate Finance Manager

Corporate Finance Manager is a new technical accounting position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership and Team Management: Lead APAC finance team to meet requirements, promoting professional development, collaborating with stakeholders (marketing, operations, IT). Provide financial expertise.
• Financial Reporting: Oversee financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements) according to AASB/IFRS. Oversee month-end, quarter-end, year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
• Compliance and Controls: Coordinate external audits, implement & maintain internal controls, optimize processes for productivity and minimize errors.
• Accounts Receivable Operations: Oversee customer invoicing, resolve issues, implement efficient invoicing/collection processes. Monitor aging reports, review credit terms.
• Accounts Payable Operations: Review and approve vendor invoices, ensuring compliance and internal processes. Monitor aging reports, optimize cash flow, and minimize penalties.
• Cash Management: Prepare monthly cash flows, provide forecasting, monitor bank accounts, manage banking relationships.
• Compliance: Manage all financial & tax compliance (income tax, GST, PAYG, FBT, payroll tax), prepare & file statutory accounts.
