Full-Time Country Medical Lead, Italy

About the Role:

• Based in Italy.
• Educate and develop academic key opinion leaders (KOL).
• Co-develop studies and publication strategies.
• Report to the Medical Affairs Director South of Europe.

Responsibilities:

• Identify clinical unmet needs.
• Maintain relationships with premier cancer center KOL champions.
• Support strategic healthcare partnerships.
• Drive the development of clinical utility projects.
• Critically review and develop education slides.
• Lead and support speaker programs and education of leading clinicians.
• Synopsize and educate key personnel regarding emerging abstracts and publications.
• Draft study protocols and publication plans.
• Lead Medical Science Liaison and Clinical Oncology Specialist teams.
• Support market access activities.
• Plan the yearly budget requirements.

Requirements:

• Terminal degree in a scientific field.
• Clinical expertise in Oncology.
• 3-5 years of healthcare experience.
• Experience working with experts at academic medical centers.
• Skilled team builder/manager.
• Successful publication as primary author.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding oral presentation skills in Italian and English.

Work Environment:

• Extensive travel required.
• Home-based office.
