Job Details

We are seeking a Senior Customer Delivery Manager to take end-to-end accountability for customer service delivery in the international health market.

This role involves managing service quality, optimizing portfolios, and collaborating with top management to drive success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer delivery from end to end, ensuring high service quality.
  • Oversee portfolio items in the data center business and optimize the service catalog.
  • Monitor and improve delivery performance and quality, working closely with internal teams and suppliers.
  • Establish and maintain strong communication with customers, focusing on technical aspects.
  • Engage with top management and develop global cooperation strategies across national and international markets.
  • Fluent German (mandatory) – Required for direct communication with German customers.
  • Strong English (mandatory) – Required for internal communication within our international company.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in service catalog management.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Proven expertise in billing processes and business process analysis.
  • Experience leading interdisciplinary project teams at an international level.
  • Well-connected in cloud services and/or public cloud communities.
  • Strong technical leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Confident presentation skills with the ability to engage at senior levels.
  • High adaptability to dynamic and fast-paced environments (startup mentality).
  • Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and tools.

Remote Work Possibility:

Remote working is only available within Hungary due to European taxation regulation.
