We are seeking a highly motivated, creative, and experienced Customer Success Solution Director to join ServiceNow’s Product and Solutions marketing team. You will lead the development and execution of differentiated positioning, breakthrough messaging, and integrated programs to celebrate ServiceNow’s commitment to customer success. You will work closely with various ServiceNow teams.

- Positioning and Messaging: Lead the development of compelling narratives and value propositions for ServiceNow’s Customer Success Solution.
- Customer Advocate Creation: Drive global initiatives to build customer advocates, nurture relationships, and highlight success stories across marketing initiatives.
- Event Strategy and Management: Develop a cohesive Customer Success strategy for key events, emphasizing clear content and speaker opportunities.
- Enablement: Create content and training for sales, customer success, and marketing teams to ensure a consistent understanding of the Customer Success Solution.
- Demand & Retention: Collaborate with business operations to identify and activate marketing strategies for customer acquisition, retention, and upsell/cross-sell efforts.
- Integrated Sales, Marketing, and Success: Define a functional collaboration model to integrate customer success value across sales motions.
- Press and Analysts Relations: Partner with PR and Analyst Relations to build a communications strategy.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Experience in enterprise B2B marketing and communication.
- Excellent communication and messaging skills.
- Strong understanding of retention and relationship building with customers.
- Domain expertise in business-to-business marketing.
- Proven ability to generate innovative ideas to help scale our products and services.
