Job Details
Customer Success Senior Analyst works with Cint customers to maximize the benefits from Cint's technology platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Help clients achieve survey project goals using Cint's ResTech platforms.
- Manage client relationships to drive product usage and adoption.
- Advocate for customer needs within internal teams.
- Onboard new clients and train them on Cint products.
- Understand client businesses and identify growth opportunities.
- Analyze client performance data and create proactive recommendations for support.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Relevant customer-facing experience, managing projects under tight deadlines.
- Experience with internal & external relationship management, client presentations, and quantitative data analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English & Japanese).
- Disciplined work ethic (self-motivated & detail-oriented).
- Proven ability to drive client business growth and meet revenue targets.
