About the Role: As a Customer Support Representative, you'll provide exceptional service to our members via email, SMS, phone, and our online platform. Your responsibilities include:
- Handling member inquiries and complaints.
- Managing onboarding calls and cancellations.
- Resolving member issues effectively.
- Maintaining product knowledge.
- Identifying improvement areas through feedback.
- Managing inbound and outbound communications.
- Escalating complex issues to appropriate teams.
- Supporting members with scheduling and portal navigation.
- Collecting member feedback and managing cancellations.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills:
- 1+ year of relevant experience.
- Empathetic customer service approach.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.

Compensation: $24.25/hour (approximately $50,440 annually)
