Qualifications:

  • 1+ year experience in SaaS B2B customer support or transferable experience/skills.
  • Fluency in English, German, and French is mandatory; other European languages are a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with ticketing tools and systems.
  • Understanding of CRM systems.
  • Strong understanding of basic computer skills.
  • Technical aptitude (explain technical concepts).
  • Curiosity to understand and troubleshoot complex inquiries.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills.
  • Empathy.
  • Multitasking across platforms and communication forms.
  • Willingness to work with international and multilingual remote teams.
