Our team is growing! We're expanding our Recruitment team and are looking for a dedicated and responsible Deputy Head to manage our crew and contribute to exciting new projects. This role involves daily collaboration with the Head of Recruitment, managing the team, recruitment research and development (RnD), and significant HR analytics work.
Your Daily Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Head of Recruitment to strengthen the team.
- Manage and mentor the recruitment team.
- Assess and select new talents during interviews.
- Analyze data and communicate insights to the team.
- Build relationships with our partner companies.
- Leverage new tools and services to improve our recruitment process.
- Support team growth and employee development.
- Improve communication and collaboration within the team.
- Organize internal team events.
- Track candidate information and manage our system effectively.
Your Profile:
- Proven experience in IT recruitment (in-house or agency).
- Strong self-discipline and a growth mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and strategic skills.
- Professional English proficiency.
- Knowledge of external labor market trends.
