Join Aya Healthcare, winner of multiple Top Workplace awards! We are seeking a DevOps Engineer II to join our team and play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between software development and IT operations.
This position focuses on creating scalable Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions, optimizing CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring seamless deployments in a cloud-first environment.

Responsibilities:
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Develop, maintain, and optimize IaC templates using tools like Terraform or Ansible.
- Pipeline Management: Build and manage CI/CD pipelines for agile development and deployment.
- Collaboration: Work closely with developers and infrastructure engineers.
- Monitoring and Incident Response: Participate in monitoring, conduct system health checks and respond to incidents.
- Scripting and Automation: Write and manage scripts (Go, Bash, PowerShell) to automate tasks.
- Containerization: Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot containerized applications (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Source Control Management: Utilize Git for version control and collaboration.
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years experience in IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible)
- 2+ years scripting experience (Go, Bash, PowerShell)
- 1+ years building and managing CI/CD pipelines
- Knowledge of containerization tools (Docker) and orchestration platforms (Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Solid understanding of source control tools (Git)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with monitoring tools and observability solutions
- Basic understanding of security best practices in cloud environments
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies
Compensation: Aya reasonably anticipates the pay scale for this position to be an annual salary of $120,000 to $140,000. The pay scale may vary based on applicant experience. Bonuses are subject to the role and your manager’s discretion.
