Who you are...We are seeking a stellar, Southeast-based Customer Success Director. You will be responsible for building relationships and driving the performance of Pearl’s Primary Care Provider clients in the Southeast region. This includes enabling fluency in value-based care (VBC) programs, leading client satisfaction activities, driving high performance in VBC programs, and securing contract renewals.
Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and manage senior-level relationships within large health systems.
- Foster strong relationships with assigned Enterprise customers.
- Build and maintain relationships with small to midsize providers.
- Collaborate with teams to optimize provider performance.
- Use data-driven insights to identify cost drivers.
- Provide 1:1 and team-wide enablement, coaching.
- Develop strategic narratives to communicate Pearl's value.
- Work with teams to drive account expansion and secure contract renewals.
- Oversee education and deployment of technology tools.
- Ensure seamless integration of technology into workflows.
- Proactively resolve issues and create an exceptional experience.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 5-7 years of experience in Customer Success.
- Experience working with health systems.
- Experience interpreting CRM analytics.
- Demonstrated experience achieving re-sell and up-sell requirements.
- Experience preparing and presenting to leadership.
- Track record scaling a team, function, or service capability.
- Knowledge of relevant technology vendors and provider priorities.
Compensation:
Salary range: $140,000-$175,000 per year. Full-time employees are also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
