Director, Global ABM/Field Marketing & Campaigns will develop and execute a global strategy to drive and capture demand against targeted enterprise accounts.
Ideal candidate has strong understanding of ABM and sales-focused marketing, creating compelling messages for senior HR leaders and C-level executives.
Successful candidates enjoy working with sales leaders, understanding their needs through partnership, strategy alignment, and execution of coordinated activities.
Reports to CMO, overseeing a team of ~4 resources handling sales lifecycle campaign materials, ABM investment activation, and reporting.
Coordinates closely with Director, Digital Marketing.
- ABM Strategy: Set the standard for effective account-based marketing practices, crafting 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many plans for ICP accounts.
- Planning: Develop regional/local field marketing plans to support sales targets.
- Program Management: Create repeatable programs building on global demand generation activities, optimizing and scaling across channels (online and offline).
- Collaboration: Define field marketing needs from corporate, product, marketing operations, and program management. Help global marketing refine strategy based on regional feedback.
- Orchestration: Develop a programmatic approach to educate clients on new products, creating upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Reporting & KPIs: Deliver demand generation, pipeline, and revenue metrics with laser focus on data, forecasting, measurement, and analysis.
- Budget Ownership: Own global field & ABM marketing budget and ROI.
Performance Metrics:
- Increase pipeline coverage and revenue among target markets.
- Increase engagement of target accounts through multi-channel programming.
- Improve sales funnel velocity through targeted programming.
- Lead field & ABM marketing team to consistently meet or exceed KPIs.
Required Skills:
- Extensive marketing experience with proven time in senior-level field marketing or ABM role at a SaaS company.
- Experience overseeing a small team.
- Demonstrable experience building a field marketing or ABM program driving significant revenue growth.
- Innovative thinker, strategic and hands-on/execution-oriented.
- Ability to manage and inspire direct reports.
- Ability to create cross-functional processes.
- Ability to juggle multiple demanding tasks simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal skills, presentation skills.
