Wiz is looking for a Director, Human Resources Business Partner to join our team and lead solving complex organizational challenges through people-related efforts.
- Serve as a trusted business partner and coach to senior leaders.
- Lead, build, and develop our AMER HRBP team.
- Manage HR projects from end-to-end.
- Build HR programs and processes.
- Identify gaps and opportunities in the business.
- Serve as an escalation point for complex HR issues.
- 10+ years of progressive HR Business Partner experience, with 5+ years partnering with Senior Leadership and 3+ years leading HRBP teams
- Proven success working in a globally matrixed, high growth organization, preferably in tech
- Strong change management, relationship-building, and conflict management skills
- Player/Coach mentality with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and execute
- Excellent communication, consulting, collaboration, and coaching skills
- Experience creating and implementing HR programs, processes, and practices in a distributed model
