Full-Time Director - Industrial Hygiene

• Strategic Leadership & Growth: Develop and execute a strategic plan to expand EH&S services.
• Client Development & Commercial Impact: Serve as a trusted advisor to clients across sectors.
• Technical Oversight & Delivery: Oversee and contribute to a wide range of EH&S projects, including Industrial Hygiene assessments.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute a strategic plan to expand EH&S services.
2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
3. Collaborate with executive leadership to shape service offerings.
4. Lead proposal development, client presentations, and contract negotiations.
5. Drive revenue growth through strategic account management.
6. Oversee and contribute to EH&S projects.
7. Ensure technical excellence, regulatory compliance, and client satisfaction.
8. Mentor junior staff and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, Geology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
2. Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in EH&S consulting.
3. Demonstrated success in developing client relationships and securing new business.
4. In-depth knowledge of Texas environmental regulations.
5. Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
