Job Details
The Director, Medical Affairs, Screening leads the Screening Medical Affairs team and builds relationships across medical and scientific communities. This role engages KOLs, shares clinical data, and supports the value of Guardant Health’s product(s).
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and maintain relationships with KOL champions.
- Advise strategic partnerships with Sales executives.
- Develop education slides based on research findings.
- Support on-site oral presentations and education events.
- Educate personnel regarding emerging abstracts and publications.
- Plan and facilitate Clinical Advisory Board(s).
- Draft study protocols and publication plans.
- Manage a team of Medical Affairs professionals.
Skills Required:
- Extensive knowledge of biotechnology, diagnostics, and pharmaceutical industries.
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Highly self-motivated and adaptable, with a strong team ethic.
- Skilled in multitasking and cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong interpersonal, oral presentation, and written communication skills.
Requires up to 75% travel. Home-based office with computer use. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment is essential.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $213,300 to $291,950.
