Full-Time Director of Global Benefits

Western Digital is seeking a Director of Benefits to join the Total Rewards team. This role involves delivering service for employee benefits plans and reporting to the VP of Total Rewards.

• Develop employee benefits strategy and execution of global benefit programs.
• Provide guidance to regional total rewards managers.
• Scale the administration of benefits plans.
• Develop US and international health and welfare benefits strategies.
• Develop and prepare scorecards, metrics, and reports.
• Partner with external benefits vendors and legal counsel.
• Implement a communications strategy for employee understanding.
• Organize and maintain standard operating procedures.
• Evaluate vendor performance.
• Stay abreast of market trends and regulatory changes.
• Lead committees as needed.

• Track record, leadership skills, and relationship building.
• Flexibility and efficient time management.
• Knowledge of integrating benefits technology solutions. Workday experience desired.
• Experience in design and implementation of benefits programs across multiple geographies.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Minimum ten (10) plus years of experience in benefits plan design.
