Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate partner launches post-sale with Customer Success.
- Onboard health systems, payors, and post-acute referrals to the Parachute Platform with project management principles.
- Partner with leaders to drive Digital Ordering growth.
- Streamline client operations & improve user experience.
- Retain clients by using data to proactively engage.
- Lead demos and training for partners, providing user support.
- Become proficient in Parachute Platform interoperability and EHR integrations.
- Develop and share insights with partners.
- Collaborate on opportunities/challenges cross-functionally.
- Identify and implement process improvements.
- Show partners new product experiences and communicate feedback to Product teams.
Requirements:
- Process-oriented; develop roadmaps for operationalizing account strategy.
- Problem-solver with adaptability and a solutions-mindset.
- Demonstrated leadership and self-starting ability within cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication skills to synthesize information.
- Customer-centric with account/client management expertise.
- Fast-learner with the ability to grasp detailed topics quickly.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of consulting or project-based work in healthcare.
- Customer-facing experience in healthcare with institutional players.
- Software or SaaS experience preferred.
- Willingness to travel once per quarter.
