Job Details
Own client relationships for 100% satisfaction. Ongoing communication with providers, practices, IDG operations team, IDG leadership, RCM, accounting, and vendors regarding releases, features, support.
Implement performance metrics. Manage operations side of customer support, collaborate with support team to enhance provider and patient experience.
Oversee training for new implementations. Lead team training practices for smooth, successful go-lives, ongoing training of all users/stakeholders.
Manage operational functions. Ensure company runs legally and conforms to regulations.
Manage relationships/agreements with external partners/vendors.
Oversee marketing efforts. Target prospective practices.
Required experience: 5-8 years in healthcare software, specifically EHR and PM. Proven business operations experience, client relations, customer service, training/implementation, external partners/vendors, compliance, practice relations, marketing, accounting.
Team management experience: Building, managing, developing various teams.
Strong skills: Excellent organization and communication skills. Technology savvy: Advanced Microsoft Office skills, project management tools (Jira, MS Project), identify new technology to support operations.
Experience in: Project management, go-lives, accounting and budget management.
