Full-Time Director of Privacy Strategy

This role focuses on building relationships with healthcare leadership and Privacy teams, providing insights on privacy violations, including regulatory reporting. Understand and communicate privacy program activities for the healthcare system, positioning Bluesight software as a key enabler for streamlined workflows.

Representative Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop trusted relationships with healthcare executives, Compliance, and Privacy leaders.
• Serve as a go-to resource for healthcare operations and technology expertise.
• Partner with sales to deliver value propositions and close deals, demonstrating Bluesight solutions' addressal of pain points.
• Support strategic business plans aligned with revenue goals.
• Consult healthcare institutions on best practices for optimizing healthcare operations, Privacy workflows, compliance, and operational efficiency.
• Position yourself as a thought leader in healthcare by creating and sharing insightful content.
• Speak at industry events, conferences, and webinars to elevate Bluesight's brand.
• Collaborate with the product development team to relay client feedback, driving innovation and product enhancements.
• Stay informed on healthcare privacy regulations and compliance operations.
• Support clients in optimizing Bluesight product use, maximizing ROI, operational efficiency, and compliance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 7+ years of compliance experience in a hospital or healthcare system.
• Proven track record implementing healthcare technology solutions for operational improvement and compliance.
• Strong understanding of industry privacy and compliance regulations.
• Certified Healthcare Privacy Compliance (CHPC).
• Expert knowledge of HIPAA and specific regulations.
• Active involvement in privacy investigations and corrective interventions.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Solid organizational and prioritization skills.
• Flexibility to support stakeholders across US time zones.
• Travel up to 30%.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Bluesight Privacy Solutions or similar healthcare technology platforms.
• Consulting or account management experience in healthcare technology.
• In-depth knowledge of the intersection between privacy, compliance, and healthcare IT.
• Ability to function in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
