ZeroFox seeks a visionary and strategic leader for our Product Management team, driving innovation and delivering solutions to protect customers from ever-evolving digital threats.
As the Director of Product Management for Digital Risk Protection, you will spearhead the development and execution of our product strategy for our core product, ensuring ZeroFox remains at the forefront of digital risk protection.
Reporting to the EVP Product Management, you will lead a team of Product Managers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and customer-centricity.
Your deep understanding of the cybersecurity landscape and challenges faced by cyber practitioners, coupled with your expertise in building SaaS products, will be instrumental in guiding the team to build solutions that address the complex challenges faced by our customers.
Role and responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Develop and maintain a compelling product vision that aligns with ZeroFox's mission and addresses the evolving needs of our customers
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers, fostering their professional development and guiding them in the execution of the product roadmap
- Customer Focus: Deeply understand customer needs and pain points, translating them into actionable product requirements and priorities
- Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of market trends, competitive threats, and emerging technologies, ensuring our product strategy remains ahead of the curve
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and other teams to drive product development, launch, and adoption
- Product Roadmap: Define and manage the product roadmap, balancing customer needs, business goals, and technological advancements
- Metrics and Measurement: Establish and track key metrics to measure product success and drive continuous improvement
Requirements
- Cybersecurity Expertise: Deep understanding of the cybersecurity landscape, with specific expertise in digital risk protection, threat intelligence, and related areas
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead and inspire a team of Product Managers, fostering a culture of high performance and collaboration
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with business goals and customer needs
- Customer Focus: Passion for understanding and solving customer problems, with a track record of delivering customer-centric solutions
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Technical Acumen: Solid understanding of technology, including machine learning and the application of AI, and software development, with the ability to effectively collaborate with Engineering teams
- Business Acumen: Strong business sense, with the ability to balance customer needs, business goals, and financial considerations
Desired qualifications and skills
- 8+ years of experience in product management, with at least 4 years in the cybersecurity industry
- Proven track record of leading and managing successful product teams
- Deep understanding of digital risk protection, threat intelligence, and related cybersecurity domains
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
