Full-Time Director of Product Maternity Program

Maven is seeking a Director of Product for the Maternity Program. The role focuses on elevating Maven's maternity offering by prioritizing the member experience. This includes:

• Deep understanding of the member experience for the Maternity Program.
• Defining and understanding user segments in collaboration with data and analytics teams.
• Gathering insights on user needs via member feedback, interviews, and insights.
• Championing members by ensuring their input informs product decisions.
• Maintaining a comprehensive roadmap for program features (in-progress, shipped, planned).
• Collaboration with product managers to prioritize the roadmap.
• Serving as a bridge between Clinical, Engineering, and Design teams to drive initiatives.
• Innovation & challenging the status quo to enhance member experiences.
• Leading clinical roadmapping sessions.
• Ensuring effective collaboration & alignment across departments.
• Accountability as the DRI for the Maternity Program, reporting to executives and the CEO.
• Serving as the go-to expert for the program, addressing questions & feedback.
• Presenting the program in executive reviews.

Required experience & skills:

• 8+ years of product management experience (healthcare/digital health experience not required, but a plus).
• Empathy for member journeys and passion for improving family health outcomes.
• Strong analytical and qualitative skills to define member needs and segments.
• Proven ability to manage roadmaps, prioritize effectively, and track cross-functional dependencies.
• Excellent collaboration and facilitation skills, including leading discussions with clinical teams/stakeholders.
• Comfort in fast-paced, mission-driven environments with high visibility/accountability.
