ServiceNow is seeking a Director of Strategic Events to manage Knowledge, ServiceNow’s user conference, and support the global event portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of Knowledge.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to manage timelines and deliverables.
- Oversee event operations, including venue coordination and vendor oversight.
- Manage event budgets and provide accurate forecasting.
- Lead and develop a team of event marketers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align on goals and metrics.
- Provide clear communication and executive-level reporting.
Requirements:
- 15+ years of experience in event management.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in budget management.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Up to 40% travel may be required.
