Turnitin is seeking a People Partnerships & Employee Relations Director to join our Global People Team, located in APAC (willing to work APAC hours).
This role will report to the Senior Director, Global People Partnerships and serve as the People Business Partner to our APAC Operations.
Responsibilities include developing stakeholder relationships with Turnitin Leaders, supporting operational and people team transformation, acting as a trusted advisor, executing on annual plans/OKRs, advising on organizational design, working with Stakeholders and Talent Acquisition, researching best practices, supporting the GPP people team, driving and sustaining change, translating information into data, and focusing on process improvement.
Essential skills include 10+ years global HR experience in a multicultural environment, experience in a SaaS organization, strategic and tactical thinking, problem-solving, strong accountability, operational knowledge of relevant HR/employment law, technological savvy, data literacy, and strong C-suite communication skills.
Qualifications include an undergraduate degree in Human Resources Management or relevant experience and SHRM/CIPD membership.
