Director, People Systems - Workday Talent Acquisition & Recruiting

Drives People Systems strategy, collaborating with People Function and Systems partners to enhance digital tools for employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develops recruiting systems strategy to support business needs.
• Leads system implementations, process design/redesign, vendor selection, change management, and assessments.
• Deep understanding of recruiting processes, security, data integrity, system configuration & design.
• Drives and influences People Team, Systems team, and stakeholders to identify solutions.
• Leads all systems aspects of Talent Acquisition programs (process re-imagination, systems enablement, implementation & integrations).
• Partners with COE’s, Leadership and Transformation teams to understand business needs.
• Leads People organization in digital innovation by integrating industry trends.
• Provides domain thought leadership in People Systems.
• Facilitates collaboration to foster a culture of innovation.
• Supports People function with creative solutions and new applications for efficiency.
• Drives adoption of best practices for standardization.
• Collaborates with HR and IT for systems improvements.
• Establishes principles and quality for effective People solutions.
• Aligns with corporate strategies through thought leadership.

Qualifications:

• Basic Qualifications: 10+ years experience with Bachelor's; or 8+ years with Advanced Degree; or 3+ years with PhD.
• Preferred Qualifications: 12+ years with Bachelor's; 8-10 years with Advanced Degree; or 6+ years with PhD.
• 8+ years Workday experience (4+ years Workday recruiting).
• Certified in Workday Recruiting.
• Deep expertise with Workday recruiting and leading-edge industry best practices.
• 8+ years’ experience in People technology implementation and operational process improvement.
• Knowledge of HR principles, legislation and key components of end-to-end HR processes.
• Ability to translate HR business requirements into system enhancements.
• Project leadership experience in complex organizations.
• Strong influence management skills.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and listening skills.
• Ability to work through ambiguity and complexity.
• Flexibility to move between operational troubleshooting and strategic planning.
• Ability to manage multiple consulting and vendor relationships.
