Director, People Systems - Workday Talent Acquisition & Recruiting drives our People Systems strategy, collaborating with the People Function and Systems partners to continually improve digital tools for employees.
This hands-on role reports to the Snr Dir, People Systems to advance a recruiting systems strategy supporting business needs. Responsibilities include system implementations, business process design/redesign, vendor selection, change management, and current-state assessments of a technical and functional nature.
Deep understanding of recruiting processes, practices, security, data integrity, system configuration & design, system enhancements & upgrades, and expertise within several areas of People Systems is crucial, including Workday Recruiting, Workday Security, Reporting, Employee/Manager Self-Service & Onboarding.
Influence and collaborate with the People Team, Systems team, and stakeholders to identify solutions (tools and processes) meeting business needs.
Lead all systems aspects of Talent Acquisition programs, including process re-imagination, systems enablement, implementation, and system integrations.
Partner with COE’s, Leadership, and Transformation teams to translate business needs into system needs, architectural requirements, and implementation plans.
Lead the People organization in digital innovation by integrating innovative trends and approaches based on industry insights.
Provide domain thought leadership in People Systems, challenging current thinking and providing innovative solutions to solve frictions in end-to-end People processes.
Facilitate collaboration to cultivate a culture of innovation and boost internal creativity through new systems and thought processes.
Support the People function with creative solutions and applications to promote efficiency, effectiveness, and new thinking in People business partnerships.
Drive the adoption of best practices to ensure standardization of People processes across the company.
Collaborate with Human resources and IT to recommend systems improvements and streamline processes.
Establish principles and drive quality and consistency across systems architecture and methodology for effective People solutions.
Align with corporate strategies through strong business and technical thought leadership.
